In spite of all you have heard or believe, the fact remains that, The World Bank, IMF, aid from advanced countries etc… has failed, after some seventy years, to help a single underdeveloped nation develop it’s economy and industrialize!!
This is simply because, thinking that any plan will cause economic development in a country without a similar plan to transform the values, traditions, attitudes, institutions and culture of society is the same as trying to treat certain symptoms of a disease without knowing or wanting to know the real cause of the patient’s ailment!!
