If a nation plans to look like its progressing for the next year, then let them plant food and the likes!
If the nation plans to look like it has some development for the next five years, then let them erect buildings and the likes.
However, if a nation truly seeks to gain socio-economic development for the next hundred years and more……then it must give its children now the best education in the world locally!!

I also totally agree with you. And this is why we are where we are as a people and as a nation, without any meaningful progress and development, considering the stupendous amount of wealth own by Nigeria/Nigerians within and outside the country . Because of total lack of vision, wisdom and fear of God of many of our past and present Nigeria leaders to know the importance of education, human resource, and human capital development that the advanced world don’t toil with.
As result of this and leadership failure, now we are paying dearly for insecurity.
